Atomic Omelette and Grill has the explosion of flavors you are looking for. Founded in February 2012 with over 65 years of combined experience in the food industry, Mike VanSyckle and James Greer wanted something different in Corpus Christi. We wanted to be different and we are. James Greer passed 2 months after opening. Manager Dana Bazinet joined the team in October 2012. Our fresh and tasty take on some of your favorite foods are here with a mouthwatering twist.
Sure, we would like to “toot our Horn“ with the best build your own Omelette’s around. The Atomic’s Pancakes, Hawaiian French Toast, Burgers, Sandwiches, and Philly Cheese Steaks Rock! If it is seafood you are craving, try our Crab Cake Benedict, Salmon Pasta or other seafood dishes. Soups and Salads round out our tasty and unique menu. We are family and kid friendly with many healthy and vegetarian options to choose from.
